This important project created space for the relocation of the New York City NARA office to One Bowling Green. Interior alterations at portions of the 3rd and 4th floors include a Welcome Center, Research Center, a Learning Center and Exhibits, as well as associated work in mechanical spaces, shafts and roofs to include phasing and sequencing. Specialties included Fire Suppression and Protection, Vibration and Seismic Controls, Communications, Electronic Safety and Security, as well as Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing upgrades to the areas.
