Contract services to design and implement measures to provide cost efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption, prioritizing within budget limitations. We were charged with assessing the building, designing the improvements, installing the improvements and providing all design and construction services needed including all labor and material which included the design and installation of Variable Frequency Drives and premium efficiency motors for air handling units, air system balancing verification, building automation system programming, provision of sensors and instrumentation for various system components.
