Work included engineering, existing MEP protection, demo, ductwork, doors, electrical, painting, drywall, ceiling, flooring (tile and access flooring), fire protection. 7,200sf The design and updating of the Center included redesigning the space to reduce the size of the computer room so the remainder of the space could be repurposed into an office space. The scope of design work included architectural, mechanical, and electrical.
